The most form-sensitive case: only eligible municipal voters may sign, and every sheet carries the demand, reasoning, cost coverage proposal, and authorized representatives in the list header. Extra fields are intentionally locked, because data minimization is mandatory here.
Support instead of simply signing: the Bundestag's Petitions Committee sets the quorum and co-signing period. In PetiForm, you enter both and keep progress and deadlines in view at all times.
A request to the state parliament of your federal state. The exact formal requirements differ by state; this template covers the shared required core.
Direct democracy at state level: quorums and deadlines are regulated differently in each federal state. As with a citizens' initiative, a strict minimal data set applies; the template locks extra fields so you collect signatures in a formally compliant and data-minimizing way from the start.
This brings your issue onto the agenda of the municipal representative body, with a much lower threshold than a citizens' initiative. Name, address, and signature are enough to check residence; the template keeps your collection structured and traceable.
The EU-wide instrument: with a European Citizens' Initiative, citizens from member states address their request directly to the EU. PetiForm helps you collect signatures locally in a structured way, including nationality in the data set; you remain responsible for keeping the initiative's formal requirements in view.
