The more specific your key details are, the faster we can send back a suitable proposal. Rough estimates are completely fine:
- Expected entries - roughly how many signatures you want to collect
- Number of devices you will use to collect at the same time
- Campaign period - when it starts and how long it runs
- EU server or self-hosting via Docker - whichever fits you better
- Desired support scope, such as support with an SLA

Is PetiForm really permanently free?
Yes. The free tier stays permanently available: 1 petition of your own, 3 custom templates and 200 signatures per petition - with the full offline feature set and PDF export.
Does PetiForm work fully offline?
Yes. Creating, collecting and PDF export work 100% offline - at an information stand, at the doorstep or in a dead zone. Without actively booked online sync, all data is stored locally on your device; you do not need an account.
Are signatures uploaded automatically?
Only with actively booked online sync - otherwise never. Without sync, signatures leave your device only as protected PDF pages generated by the device. QR-code or file sharing contains no collected personal data.
We process only what you tell us in your email - nothing more. There is no contact form,
